We welcome Colette Crichton as a new member of the CGF team of Lead Independent Consultants.
Colette brings with her a wealth of knowledge in respect of Broad-based Black Economic Empowerment (‘B-BBEE’) legislation, moreover her experience as applied to the recently amended B-BBEE Codes of Good Practice, which was implemented on 01 May 2015. Colette is no stranger in the business transformation arena. She has been closely involved with B-BBEE both as an advisor and analyst over the years, providing services to a variety of businesses operating in South Africa, including private, listed and state-owned companies.
